What hardware do you use?

VPS: AMD Ryzen 7 9700X, DDR5, NVMe. Game and web hosting: AMD Ryzen 9 9950X. Budget Hytale uses DDR4/SSD for a lower price point.

Can I upgrade my plan?

Yes. Open a support ticket and Hy-Node will handle the upgrade as quickly as possible.

Is DDoS protection included?

Yes, on all plans. No add-on, no extra charge, just included.

Where are your servers located?

Hy-Node servers are located in the Netherlands (Amsterdam), providing low latency for European customers.

Do you have a control panel?

Game servers use Pterodactyl / Pelican, with a full web console, file manager, databases and scheduled tasks. Web hosting uses cPanel.
