Getting started after purchase
What happens right after checkout, and where to find your server, credentials, and panel.
Once payment is confirmed, your service is provisioned automatically, typically in under a minute, without anyone needing to manually set anything up. You will receive an email with your service details, and everything is also visible under "Services" in your dashboard.
For game servers (Minecraft, Hytale, FX Server), your Pterodactyl panel login is created automatically using your account email. From the panel you can access the console, upload or edit files, manage databases, schedule automated tasks (like restarts or backups), and reinstall the server software if needed.
For VPS plans, you will receive root/administrator access details for your operating system of choice, plus access to a control panel for power actions (reboot, reinstall, console access), which works independently of whether you can currently SSH in, useful if you ever lock yourself out over the network.
It is worth doing three things in your first few minutes: set a strong, unique panel password if you have not already, take a first manual backup once your basic setup is done, and bookmark the support ticket page. If anything does not look right, the wrong plan, a service stuck in an installing state for longer than expected, or missing details, open a ticket and we will sort it out quickly.
